Digitizer selection and integration support
Tell us what you need to measure so we can discuss an appropriate PCIe digitizer, DAQ card or modular data acquisition instrument. For an existing product, include its full model name and the ordered configuration.
Prepare your signal and acquisition requirements
- Signal bandwidth, amplitude, source impedance and whether the DC component must be preserved.
- Required sample rate, ADC resolution, active channels and record duration.
- Trigger source, clock requirements and any synchronization between devices.
- Host interface, computer configuration and sustained storage or processing workload.
Software, drivers and documentation
Product pages list model-specific software and integration information. When requesting a driver, SDK, manual or setup guidance, provide the operating system version, programming environment and exact model. Confirm compatibility for the configuration you intend to use.
Sampling rate, bandwidth and transfer rate
Sampling rate describes samples taken per second. Analog input bandwidth describes the input frequency response. Sustained transfer rate describes how much acquired data the complete system can move over time. Review all three; they are not interchangeable specifications.
Send a useful support request
For troubleshooting, include the expected result, observed behavior, software version, relevant settings and steps to reproduce the issue. For selection or quotation, include your required configuration and intended application.
